Discussion of Problem 1000. A+B Problem

Some questions to the problem 1000....

Well the problem look so easy, but i think if the numbers range is
less than 2000000000 (a longint). If not then the problem don't have
the simple solution a + b.

Of course, sum is less then MaxLongInt :) (-)
