For those, who had problems with the 9th test try to set Console.InputEncoding with KOI-8r russian cyrillic encoding:

Console.InputEncoding = Encoding.GetEncoding(1251);

Otherwise your input data will seems to you iappopriate (the length of S and T lines won't be equal).
