What's up with this problem? Why WA on #4 test?

Hello!
I've tried to do this problem in 2 different ways with different formulaes, on Pascal and C++ as languages...
But in both cases,I got WA on the 4th test!
Is there any test I should try?
What I tried are sample tests, and 10 5 50.00 -> 1...
Everything was OK with them.

In the 4th test first number is less than second, probably your program outputs negative number.
